Here are all my old updates, last one at the top:
04.10'07. It has been 2 years and 10 months to the day since I last updated this site with a story. At least 24 of those 34 months I've been almost completely unable to write so much as an e-mail. I am not exagerating by much, honestly: 10 casual lines to someone I know and love, who I know won't judge me, to whom I actually had something to say, could take up to three hours...
I'm only sharing this in an attempt to proof that saying I'm thrilled
today, have been for a week and a half, is an understatement of immense
proportions.
Today I'm adding a new story to this site, another one is with a beta
and I have started on a third. All this in a week and a half, 15 pages
in 11 days: do the math and I'll think you'll understand that I'm EXTATIC!
Milk & Honey (NC17) is based on The Devil Wears Prada and pairs Miranda with Andy. You can find some new manips here and some new icons here.
21.06'06. It's been over 13 months since the last update and I don't even have time for a proper update. I have to run... Hopefully I'll find the time soon.
Cheers, good luck and stay safe, An B. Cay
13.04'05. Unfortunately I'm very busy with exiting workprojects :-) Ah, the bittersweet reality of netlife. There's a new poll though, and I am trying to write. Poll results for the last one can be found here.
27.02'05. I
put up a Sara wallpaper, something simple, because
I like simple (I didn't say it comes natural to me, I just said I liked
it...). You can see the results from the last poll (who is sexiest) here
and following the voting on this new one has been verrry interesting.
I can tell Vaxen's
J/7 index has been updated *grin*.
I have updated my blog with
short pieces of Sara/Catherine, theme is cliché, but I just wanted
to try it out. You can also wait until I have molded it into a real short
story before reading it of course...
Hope you're all well and please VOTE!!!
19.02'05. Not much to add
since I have been skiing and snowboarding - not writing. But a new poll,
one I'm really curious about and you can see the results from the last
one (who is sexiest) here. Hopefully soon more,
but unfortunately life is fun, both RL and VL and it leaves me with less
time to fiddle.
Hope you're all well and please VOTE!!!
16.01'05. Finally
CSI SCREENCAPS OF OUR FAVORITE LADIES! So far not too many, but still.
I think there are some nice ones. Go to VisualEyes,
now, go, come on, go!
Have added some new Blondie screencaps from several of their video's.
I hope you will be patient with my writing. At the moment I'm finishing
a Dutch children's story which might get published and I've let it have
precendence over all other writing projects.
PLEASE keep voting. It's been fun watching the changes everyday.
11.01'05.
I have finished my little screencap project for The Hours (kiss
one, kiss two, kiss
three), and added a page with screencaps
I made of a 1982 Blondie concert. I think she's sexy as hell. So, I have
also added 4 Deborah Harry wallpapers in the manip
section.
Oh, and as you can see: a little poll. I'm curious: what's your opinion.
I know, the choice is limited and eclectic, but give it your best shot
please!
See you soon.
Happy New Year!
04.01'05. The little Flash
movie with the kiss from The Hours has been moved to the Miscellaneous
page. I'm hoping to finish that page soon. This week I'll have time again
to write, though I don't know yet what I'll be working on.
I have added new screencaps of The Hours here.
Soon I should be able to upload some more CSI screencaps too.
The page is temporary dark so my Flashy seasonal greeting will look better.
*g* No new stories at the moment. I've had to work & play too hard
to have time for more serious fun. But it will happen, any day now.
In case you're wondering: I saw The Hours last year (and have
been a closet Allison Janney fan since), but have finally finished Mrs.
Dalloway and have watched certain parts of the movie again (I loved
it). Not that I'm a freak or anything but I've also watched the movie
Mrs. Dalloway, watched a Woolf biography and am now starting
on Cunningham's book The Hours. Which is why I've added some
screencaps here. You can find two CSI
screencaps too.
I'm not going to turn into a screencap freak, much respect for those who
have the stamina to screencap in bulk, I just don't have the patience
for it. Occiasionally when I see something nice, you might see it too.
Hope you have a wonderful start to the new year! Talk to you soon.
A new story in the CSI section: Scenes from an Empty Bar. It's Catherine/Sara
slash and a little longer than my usual CSI flashslash. Part 1: A
Case of You. All three stories are inspired by songs, but for those
of you who don't like songfic: if you don't know the song you'll have
a hard time finding any sign of it aside from the title and the disclaimer.
For those of you who love songfic I've provided links to the lyrics at
the end of each part.
A very big thank you to my resourceful, supportive and helpful beta Atalantae:
I owe you one (well, actually several already but I hope you're not counting
*g*)
A couple of new avatars.
Finally at my new digs: I like it much beter here, although
you might not really notice any differences: accept to the lay-out of
the site. The big difference for me is in price and service.
The change in lay-out is for me as well. It is now really one site, instead
of four, which almost cuts the amount of sites I have to do upkeep on
(in my spare time) in half. Let me tell you: I'm verrry happy!
As far as writing is concerned: Missing
(Voyager J/T) has two new chapters and this time it really is finished.
New icons on VisualEyes, three new Flashslash-stories
in the CSI section (Naughty, Naughty, Naughty
& The World's Biggest Missery &
Ruby Red Dress) and two in the Voyager section
(Missing & (like
love)). Although... if you keep up with my weblog: none of it is new.
I'm still working on two bigger stories, which will be very new even if
you read my log!
Not to mention, I might soon have a change of adress for this site and
it's different sections. Because I'm not completely happy with my current
hosting company and have possibly found a better one.
New design because I didn't like the color on the old one, and because
I'm a huge fan of Lauren Bacall. A couple of new icons and a new desktop
on VisualEyes. If you want to read, please look at my blog: I've started
some drabbles.
The Right Way, my csi story, isn't finished yet; I'm stuck on technicalities.
Well, I'm back. But unfortunately I haven't been able to finish the story
yet. I'm a little dissapointed with myself, but that doesn't change the
fact that there still is a lot of writing and beta'ing to be done. I'm
updating all of my sites slowly. The SOC site is the most work, because
I'm going from horrificly mangled HTML to clean HTML with CSS.
Hopefully I'll have the story ready for editing in two weeks time.
In about ten minutes I'll be leaving for the airport to catch my flight
to Turkey. I'll be gone for two weeks. Hopefully, you will all have a
fabulous summer.
Added one Wallpaper of Weaver/Innes on the second VisualEyes-page. Hope
you'll enjoy!
I'm working very hard on a new story for my CSI site. Hopefully I should have it up on August the first!
Added two pages with pictures I worked on. Added navigation for that purpose. Now I still need to create a button so people can link back here in style if they want.
One new button. Created the domain, added the last couple of links and an invisible counter. Now I'm ready to advertise my site a little.
New banner, new buttons, changed the background, but can already see I am going to be mightily bored with all the pink. *sigh*
Started this site and put it in a temp. domain I have. Still have a lot to do, not the least of which is all the linking! Ugh!!!
